Food Network and the Cooking Channel hosted South Beach’s most popular food festival in South Florida, the South Beach Wine and Food Festival. Also known as SOBEWFF presented by Food & Wine, the extravaganza took place from February 19-22, 2015. The yearly awaited event has yet to disappoint its event-goers. This culinary crusade takes you through the realms of South Beach’s finest restaurants and on a four-day journey that features event after event of culinary experiences throughout various locations of Miami Beach. The experiences ranged from seafood feasts, modern Italian dinners, southern divine delicacies, Israeli culinary odysseys, barbecues, Celebrity Chef Tournaments, burger and oyster bashes, surf and turf cookeries, confectionary wonderlands, and even a cigar and spirits event for the aficionados. With over 70 events to choose from during the course of four-days, the South Beach Wine and Food Festival delivered and catered to every appetite for everyone in attendance.
BigMouthGirlz.com attended the MasterCard Priceless® Miami Demo Pass at the Whole Foods Market Grand Tasting Village featuring MasterCard Grand Tasting Tents & KitchenAid® Culinary Demonstrations. The outdoor event took place on 13th Street and Ocean Drive on Miami Beach. The exclusive experience highlighted Culinary Demonstrations that contained two stages running simultaneously with celebrity chefs and Food Network personalities. The demonstrations exhibited the celebrity chefs and Food Network personalities’ talents live with reserved seating to those who upgraded their Whole Foods Market Grand Tasting Village featuring MasterCard Grand Tasting Tents experience with the MasterCard Priceless Miami Demo Pass. This was a very unique opportunity to see your favorite chefs make the very dishes you watch them make on TV.
The Culinary Demonstrations were only just the beginning. Miami’s top restaurants and chefs prepared limitless all-inclusive bites paired with unlimited samples of fine wines and spirits from the Southern Wine & Spirits of Florida portfolio and interactive activities by top sponsors in the Whole Foods Market Grand Tasting Village and the MasterCard Grand Tasting Tents. The culinary escapade took you through distinctive regions throughout South Florida. You were able to experience delightful and succulent bites from the South Miami and Coral Gables area, to Brickell, Wynwood, SOBE, and north on into Fort Lauderdale.
Not one person left this fantastic event empty-handed. The event also had dozens of vendors handing out freebies to take away in your 2015 SOBEWFF issued handbag that included drinks, teas, snack bars, canned samples, kitchen utensils, and much more!
