JEY Hospitality Group’s Himmarshee Public House restaurant introduced in a media only invitation tasting, new dishes to their menu and new indoor/outdoor bar that brings a traditional feel with rustic-finished wood and interior décor.
The new bites now being offered are beyond mouthwatering, and with an array of other delectable bites, the Himmarshee Public House stands alone when it comes to comfort foods. Himmarshee Public House’s Corporate and Executive Chefs, Robbyns Martinez and Nicolas Koska, proudly presented several of their new American comfort foods in a traditional fashion.
The featured new menu items includes Slow Cooked Meatballs; Sweet and Sour Pork Belly; Bacon Wrapped Shrimp; an extraordinary Kale Salad with mandarin oranges, toasted almonds, golden raisins, and drizzled with a honey-almond vinaigrette; Wynwood “Pops” Porter Braised Short Ribs; Maple Bourbon Salmon; and Bell and Evans Chicken.
Each one of these bites provided an explosion of seasonings, spices, and glazes, while not taking away from the actual dishes’ natural flavors. In addition to the new menu items, Big Mouth Girlz were treated to a signature “Smoked” Old Fashion, which is made with Makers 46 Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey, pimento bitters, topped with an Amarena Cherry, a round sugar cube, and an orange peel that was prepped in front of us in an upside-down hickory smoked glass. A must try! The Public House also offers other refreshing signature cocktails and drinks, and for those who love fine craft beers, you can enjoy more than 35 craft beers on tap.
