Casa D’Angelo will host a four-course wine dinner with Jankara Winery, a winery based in Sardinia, Italy and co-owned by Chef Angelo Elia on Thursday, March 30th. Featured wines for the evening include Jankara, Vermentino di Gallura and Jankara, Lu Nieddu. The menu will feature Swordfish carpaccio, Classic Sardinian ravioli, Sliced N.Y. sirloin and Millefeuille of Ricotta and Pear Drizzled with honey.
Cost: $100 per person (all-inclusive)
